I'm Caroline, a Catalyst for Focused Impact
Hi, I’m Caroline—a nonprofit digital strategist who helps small teams turn scattered effort into focused momentum.
I’ve been working in the nonprofit space since 2015, supporting organizations at every stage, from tiny-but-mighty teams of two or three to national nonprofits managing large-scale digital campaigns. I’ve been in the trenches of fundraising, social media, and donor engagement, often juggling multiple roles with limited time, tools, and capacity.
Over the years, I’ve helped lead and support digital campaigns that raised hundreds of thousands of dollars, including six-figure virtual fundraisers and Giving Days that exceeded goals by six figures in a single day. But just as importantly, I’ve worked alongside nonprofit professionals who were overwhelmed, under-resourced, and doing their absolute best to move their mission forward.
